CASE ANALYSIS

Each enquiry is unique and requires understanding of each person’s different circumstances. In this stage, we analyse your situation and explain how we can help you to obtain your visa/passports. We advise you briefly what approach to take, where to start and which obstacles you may face after checking your documents in detail.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

When you are ready to proceed and want to use our services, we will send you a secured link which is used to pay for your visa fee, our handing fees and any other fees discussed beforehand.

DOCUMENT COLLECTION

Once we receive your payment, our courier is sent to your location (within London only after 5 PM) to collect your documents or you can post documents to us using Royal Mail recorded delivery or any other services of your preference.

DOCUMENT PREPARATION

As soon as we receive your documents, you will get notification email. We will check the paperwork and use our expertise to advise if documents are ready for submission and if there is anything, which needs to be added/amended.

DOCUMENT SUBMISSION

We will send you email when your documents are being delivered to the respective embassy/visa centre/passport office and outcome of the submission. Moreover, we will advise when it is likely that your visa is going to be granted.

EMBASSY'S DECISION

We will monitor status of your visa/passport and notify you as soon as the embassy/visa Centre has made decision on your application.

DOCUMENT DELIVERY

Immediately upon receiving information from embassy/visa centre, we will contact you to discuss when is the most suitable date/time to deliver the passport to you and mode of delivery.
