FIRST PASSPORT
Two recent identical photos. One of the photos must be certified, countersigned and dated.
Application form picked up from the Post Office or delivered from our office. Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 (if applicable), 9 and countersigned section 10 must be completed using capital letters and black ink.
Original full birth certificate.
Evidence of one of your parents’ claim to British nationality at the time of your birth (can be only mother’s British passport number mentioned in section 4).
RENEWAL
Two recent identical photos. One of the photos must be certified, countersigned and dated if child is ages 11 or under or cannot be recognised from the photograph in their current passport.
Application form picked up from the Post Office or delivered from our office completed using capital letters and black ink. Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 (if applicable), 9 and countersigned section 10 must be completed if child is aged 11 or under or cannot be recognised from the photograph in their current passport.
