• Samyama Ltd (referred to as “we”, “us” or “the company” in these terms) is to act as an agent and accepts documents for visa, legalisation and passport applications only under the terms and conditions set out below.
  • We help in checking and submitting (where applicable) applications to the respective embassies or passport office, and collecting documents on clients’ behalf.
  • Samyama charges separate service fees on the top of the consular/visa centre or other government bodies’ fees. Payments for all services are made in advance using “pay by link” option before we start checking the documents and processing the application. Samyama reserves the right to retain all documents until payment is received in full. Fees specified on our website www.samyama.co.uk and via emails do not cover the cost of returning the documents back to the client. The charges for delivering documents back to the clients depend on the charges incurred by the courier companies.
  • In the event of damage, loss, misplace of passport or documents which proves to be fault of the company, we will cover the cost of replacing the document. Samyama is not responsible for loss, damage or delay of any documents when in possession of any third party delivery companies, for example Royal Mail or courier companies.
  • Consular fees very often change without prior notice. If that is the case, client is reliable to pay all additional costs charged by the embassies. In the event that the visa is refused, or there is a delay in processing the application, Samyama service fees and any embassies or Her Majesty’s Passport Office’s fees will still be charged to the client. If any embassies’ fees are refundable, they will be paid back to the customer as soon as they are received back by the company.
  • Data provided on our website www.samyama.co.uk is provided based on most recent information from embassies/visa centres/passport office and our company cannot be liable for any errors/and or omissions as requirements and prices can change any time.
  • Samyama tries to obtain visas on clients’ behalf based on the validity, length and speed of process requested by them. However, in the event that the visa is delayed, refused or the validity or length of visa is different than expected, the company does not accept any responsibility as issuance of the visa is entirely embassy’s decision. It is client’s responsibility to check validity of the passport, visa or other document issued to make sure it covers requested period of the trip, is valid to travel and purpose of the trip is stated correctly. If the documents issued do not meet these criteria, client should notify us as soon as possible so the mistake can be rectified if possible. We also do not take any responsibility for incorrectly or falsely filled in application forms or information provided by clients as Samyama is submitting applications based on information provided by clients. Samyama cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of the documents by the visa centres, embassies or passport office. We never recommend to purchase any travel tickets prior to the visa/passport being issued unless they are a specific requirement for the particular consulate.
  • We advise on the processing times according to the embassies/visa centres/passport office official application turnarounds. However, please note there might be delays or changes in processing times which we cannot be held responsible for as all rules can change at any time without giving us prior notice. Processing time is specified in working days and does not include any bank holidays or days on which the embassies/passport office are closed. Processing time is counted from the time we submit application on your behalf, not the time your documents arrive at our office.
  • Samyama agents have right to refuse dealing with the application which does not comply with embassy’s rules and reserve all rights to not giving a reason for their decision.
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England.
