We collect personal data such as: name, address, e-mail address, phone number or company address in order to deliver best services, update you regarding status of your application and deliver documents once applications are processed. Additionally, we collect data needed in order to process your applications which is requested by particular embassies or passport office: details about your family, education, previous employment, financial statements, travel history, criminal records, health information, etc.

We are required by UK law to keep basic personal data. Other data mentioned above which is requested by embassies or passport office are destroyed after we deliver your processed documents to you. If you wish us to keep any of this data for future visa processing we will ask you to confirm this via email or by signing our company declaration.

Samyama uses your data in order to prepare application forms and other documents which are required to process your visa/passport/legalisation applications. We share your data with respective embassies, high commissions, passport office or visa centres where applications are submitted on your behalf. These above mentioned government bodies and visa centres (which are usually private companies acting on behalf of embassies) will share your data with foreign authorities outside the United Kingdom and Europe to the country you have applied to.

We never sell your personal information to any third parties. We may share your data with our partners which assist us with our business activities to allow us to submit your applications more effectively. Third parties are not allowed to use personal information except for the purpose of providing the requested services.

Your data will also be shared with foreign governments in the case when we are obtaining visa support letters for Russia or Saudi Arabia.
